I seriously loved the Launch program with Mike. I am a brand new agent and started my Launch class about 2 months after getting my license. I was unsure about how to go about picking up new business and what to do with that business once I got it. I can honestly say that I am feeling incredibly confident in my abilities and the service I can now provide as a result of Mike and what he taught me.
The course was well thought out and we hit many different areas that I feel was well rounded. We had guest speakers from different portions of our industry (Title, Mortgage, Home Warranty, MLS, Prospecting/marketing experts… etc) and on top of all of that; Mike is just so friendly and awesome to be around. This, in my opinion, was the best way to get my career going. I would highly recommend anyone, not just new agents, to take this course.
I also just want to say thank you so much for putting together such a wonderful program. I find myself already missing being in the daily classes.

Whether you are new to Real Estate or have been in Real Estate for years, I highly recommend that you take Mike Morgan's Launch class!
As a new agent, I was lucky enough to participate in his course designed to set up a new agent for success. Mike's expert knowledge and passion for the industry clearly shows in how he presents the information as well as his ability to create hands on learning via "field trips" and practical application. During my first transaction, the knowledge provided me through the Launch Class gave me so much confidence. Because of his training, I was aware of potential issues that might come up and was able to be proactive and create an extremely smooth transaction from start to finish! In fact, the Buyer's Agent/Broker called me after to thank me for the communication, smoothness, professionalism and hope that we would do another transaction together soon. If you are in Launch class right now: First, congratulations on making that decision! Secondly, pay attention, take notes, ask questions, be present, participate, and make friends with the group - they will be a huge support for you as you move forward. The information is simply invaluable and you will be glad you kept notes for those tricky transactions to refer back to. If you've been in Real Estate for years, I would recommend participation in Launch also. Take advantage of the opportunity to learn from a seasoned professional.
